Pineapple Kesribath
Kesribath is southern equivalent of northern delicacy called 'suji halwa'.
The kesribath in picture below is cooked with actual fresh pineapple. At least that is what I was informed. However as the name would have implied there was no Kesar or saffron in it. Ir is obviously coloured by some other source.

This warm and sweet delicacy is relished in winter but why not in this heat. It was pleasant inside with the help of air-conditioners.
