Apathy of Delhi Policemen.

Look at the picture. Police Jeep has two policemen and they are not asleep. See the gridlock of traffic behind. But these policemen are irrelevant to problem which is caused by 'me first' attitude.

Another closer look:

This apathetic attitude reflect the colonial attitude of police. Why it is called police at all? Name implies user of force. Time to change it to something like 'public helper' or 'law keeper'.
