Lost samosa!
Found this samosa set upon a concrete pedestal in a back lane. It was early morning therefore it must be placed here previous evening.
Samosa is an afternoon snack and unlike U.P., not cooked and sold in morning in New Delhi.
My guess is that somebody dropped it on ground but could not find heart to throw it, hence placed it on pedestal lest some less fortunate may go for it.
