A hand crafted hand-fan.
This handicraft hand fan is gift from a friend with rural background from a place called Shahahanpur in U.P.
A family member of the friend knows the art but does not commercially exploit it.
I had asked for the fan, as 'no electricity summer' was expected due to novice elected government of Kejriwal. But so far weather has been mostly pleasant.
Hence the name Kejri Hand Fan.
