Children working is a reality and an economic issue. Law can not eradicate poverty. Similar is issue of eradication of child labour. This child in picture is selling dusters at red light:
Picture was shot in spur of moment and is obviously shaken but it makes the point. In this summer afternoon he is not out in sun for fun but forced by necessity.
This proposed amendment in law does take care of this problem. Though I wish that it may have addressed the issue of emancipated adolescent where such child may in appropriate case deal with his own affairs as an adult.
