Two trees have been brutally cut down in totality, in Talkatora Garden, New Delhi. If done by private citizen it would be an offence. NDMC officials justify claiming that tree was about to fall in rain but that does not justify cutting down all branches. A truckload of wood is the booty. Corruption knows no boundaries.
